friendly staff moroccan furniture poor reception unavailable water

The staff were friendly and cordial. This enhanced the experience. the rooms had spacious layouts and included moroccan furniture.

The wifi reception was very poor. It also frequently failed at the reception. filtered water was unavailable .

The staff was very professional and kind. They were always ready to help with a smile. The reception was open 24/7. The night receptionist was great. Breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs cooked right there. Moroccan pastries tasted homemade.

The air conditioning did not work very well. When I asked to change rooms, they offered one far from my initial location. The blankets smelled old. The TV had a limited number of channels.

The hotel had a traditional feel, providing an authentic experience. it was very clean, and i found many dining options nearby. i liked the roof terrace where breakfast was served. The sunrise view was lovely.

the wi-fi signal wasn't very strong (even near reception).
