The staff was very professional and kind. They were always ready to help with a smile. The reception was open 24/7. The night receptionist was great. Breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs cooked right there. Moroccan pastries tasted homemade.

The air conditioning did not work very well. When I asked to change rooms, they offered one far from my initial location. The blankets smelled old. The TV had a limited number of channels.

The hotel had a traditional feel, providing an authentic experience. it was very clean, and i found many dining options nearby. i liked the roof terrace where breakfast was served. The sunrise view was lovely.

the wi-fi signal wasn't very strong (even near reception).

the hotel's location was central and convenient, within walking distance of many attractions. it's situated away from the immediate hustle of the main square. i found it easy to reach the famous spots from here.
